Plain-language terms.

Brand Experts services are supplied by Brand Experts (Pty) Ltd (reg 2020/130608/07). Brand Experts (Pty) Ltd is not VAT-registered; prices shown are final.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in rand, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or instant EFT through PayFast. International clients may pay software plans (websites, CRM, AI) in USD, GBP, EUR or AUD through Paddle, which acts as reseller (merchant of record) for those sales. No VAT is charged: Brand Experts is not VAT registered.
• Yearly billing gives about 2 months free and is paid upfront for 12 months.
• Usage-based items (for example WhatsApp, SMS, AI conversations above your allowance) are billed monthly in arrears and shown in your portal.
• Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is never included in our fees.
• We give at least 30 days' written notice of any price change.

Plans with a free trial (shown on the plan) start billing at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends from your portal. One trial per business.

Not happy in the first 30 days? Full refund of the monthly fee. Ask within 30 days of your first paid month. It covers the monthly subscription fee, not usage charges, ad spend, domains registered in your name or once-off third-party costs.

Answer 10 questions, pay, and your site is live within 24 hours, or your first month is free.

• The 24 hours start when payment has cleared and the 10 setup questions (including logo or business name, services and contact details) are complete.
• "Live" means published on a working web address with SSL. If you are moving an existing domain, your site goes live on a free brandexperts address first; the domain transfer itself may take longer.
• Excludes delays caused by missing or unlawful content, or regulator approvals you must obtain.
• If we miss it, your first month's fee is credited or refunded.

• RevenueOS, BX CRM and AI plans: month-to-month unless the plan states a minimum term. Cancel from your portal; service runs to the end of the paid period.
• Website plans: 12-month minimum, because the build is included in the monthly fee. A no-contract option is available at checkout. After 12 months you may take an export of your site.
• Social plans: 3-month minimum, then monthly.
• Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives consumers a cooling-off right, it applies in addition to these terms.

30% off the monthly fee of RevenueOS and Industry Growth OS plans for 12 months, setup fees waived, for the first 50 paying customers. Applied at checkout; cannot be exchanged for cash. After 12 months the normal price applies.

• You own and are responsible for the content you give us, and confirm you may use it.
• If you are in a regulated profession (for example HPCSA, LPC, ECSA, FSCA or PPRA), you remain responsible for complying with your regulator's rules. We build regulator-aware templates, but final approval is yours. How we help.
• You must have consent before we message your contacts on your behalf.

You own your content, logo, domain and data. We own our templates, software and know-how, and license them to you while you subscribe. Bought logos and brand kits are yours once paid.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings or lead numbers. [REVIEW NEEDED BY SA commercial attorney]
